Živa. A natural altruist whose compassion led her to study social work, later complemented by a second degree in entrepreneurship. Her career path has been anything but ordinary: from leading tourism and regional development projects, to PR roles in municipal infrastructure, and most recently coordinating social activation programs for the long-term unemployed. For Živa, change is the only true constant—so naturally, she decided to take on a new challenge in real estate.
She thrives on challenges, both professional and personal, though her two wonderful boys remain her top priority. With boundless energy and an exceptional sense of organization, she balances work and family life with enviable grace. Her perfectionism, strong work ethic, and genuine empathy for people make her an indispensable part of the Baza team.
