We are renting an unique office space in the Crystal Palace, the tallest building in Slovenia. The floor plan includes a large office space on the north side, which is currently divided into four parts, and a smaller office space on the other side of the corridor. The current floor plan is optional. The floor plan and installations can be rearranged according to the needs and wishes of the lessee.

Parking is available for an additional fee in the vicinity of the building and in the basement garage, and free of charge in the wider vicinity of the building.

The space is rented unfurnished and is available immediately. It is rented for a minimum period of three years. VAT and price indexation are additionally calculated on the rent. The security deposit is three amounts of rent + VAT.

LESSOR’S CONDITION FOR CONCLUSION OF BUSINESS: The lessor’s condition for concluding a lease agreement is that the tenant bears part of the costs of preparing the documentation for the drawing up of the lease agreement, the drawing up of the lease agreement, the drawing up of the handover minutes and the execution of the handover of the property, participation in the transcription of subscriptions or informing the manager and suppliers about the lease agreement, preparation and storage of documents and images and legal advice when concluding a lease agreement (+ VAT).

For real estate mediation contracts concluded between economic entities/legal entities – in the case of concluding a rental agreement, the tenant shall pay agency costs in the amount of one rent (+ VAT).
