The basement and ground floor of the central building will be constructed from reinforced concrete. The walls of the first floor and the attic, as well as the mezzanine panels, will be made of massive cross-laminated timber. The roof structure will be wooden. The glamping houses will be constructed with massive walls made of cross-laminated wooden panels, joined with wooden dowels. The facade of the main building on the ground floor, first floor, and attic will be constructed as a ventilated facade in a light color. The roof will be covered with anthracite-colored aluminum. The facades of the glamping houses will be glazed on the south and north sides, while the east and west facades, as well as the roof, will be covered with anthracite-colored aluminum panels.
THE PROGRAM
The central building will house a restaurant and additional amenities for guests, including a fitness center, wellness area, VIP room, technical room, and seven accommodation units. The smaller buildings will serve as glamping houses. Each cottage will have a living room, a bathroom, a sauna, and a bedroom. All units are designed as open, bright spaces with views of the surrounding hills.
