In the Dalmatian town of Pirovac, we sell modular houses located in a new small resort by the sea. The idyllic location is perfect for vacation, because in addition to the beach, all the necessary infrastructure is in the immediate vicinity – to the city center is only a short walk by the sea. The resort with modular houses is open all year round. It has its own reception, parking and laundry, as well as an optical connection for the Internet.

An annual flat rate is paid for the land (presumably EUR 7,500). Costs depend on consumption (electricity, water, internet, sewerage, garbage collection) and should amount to approximately EUR 1,500/year/unit. Other costs are: EUR 900 for connecting the Internet (one-time cost) and EUR 3,800 for the transport of the house from Slovenia to Pirovac (one-time cost).
