THE LANDLORD’S CONDITION FOR CONCLUDING A DEAL: The condition of the landlord for concluding the rental agreement is that the tenant covers part of the costs for preparing the documentation for drafting the rental agreement, drafting the rental agreement, composing the handover record, and conducting the handover of the property, cooperating in transferring subscriptions or notifying the administrator and suppliers about the concluded rental relationship, preparing and storing documents and photographic materials, and legal advice when concluding the rental relationship (+ VAT).
For contracts on mediation in real estate transactions that are concluded between economic entities/legal persons – in the case of concluding a rental agreement, the tenant assumes the agency fees in the amount of one rent + VAT.
