Given the expanded scope of our workload, we are seeking a new colleague with experience in the real estate field.
Our expectations are as follows:
- – monitoring the basic characteristics and trends of the real estate market in Slovenia and abroad
- – monitoring and analysis of supply and demand for real estate according to various parameters (prices, quantities, etc.)
- – knowledge and monitoring of the most important macroeconomic indicators that affect real estate transactions (GDP, inflation, unemployment rate)
- – monitoring and knowledge of factors of supply, demand and characteristics of the real estate market
- – knowledge of the basics of valuation and mass valuation of real estate
- – acquisition of real estate
- – preparing advertisements, obtaining documentation
- – working with clients in the field, acquiring/viewing/letting/selling/buying/renting real estate
- – implementation of the entire real estate marketing process
