DCB Montana represents one of the most ambitious contemporary business projects in Ljubljana and an important milestone in the development of the new Dimnikcobau business center. The architectural design of the building was prepared by STUDIO BAX, an architectural studio known for its modern, functional, and sustainability-oriented projects. DCB Montana is distinguished by its distinctive and recognizable architectural identity, based on two large openings and a central atrium. This does not function merely as a visual element, but as the heart of the building, connecting office spaces with social, conference, and relaxation areas. Natural light penetrates deep into the interior of the building and has a significant impact on the quality of living and working.
The building comprises nine floors above ground and three basement floors and is designed with long-term flexibility in mind. The office floors allow for various floor plan configurations and adaptations according to user needs, placing the building among the few contemporary business projects in Ljubljana that can keep pace with the growth and development of companies over time.

DCB Montana has obtained the DGNB environmental certificate, which confirms high standards in the areas of energy efficiency, use of materials, indoor environmental quality, and the overall impact of the building on the environment.
