We assist in the sale of a beautiful old-town detached house in Kranj. The location is characterised by the proximity of a swimming pool, school, kindergarten, pharmacy, sports park and walking trails. The house faces south, which provides plenty of light throughout the year.

The house was completely renovated in 2006 and equipped for its own needs with quality materials. The layout of the rooms allows for a comfortable stay on four floors with ceiling heights between 2.40 m and 3 m. The house can be a two-family house with a separate workshop.

The building was architecturally designed by Plečnik’s student. The exterior is protected as a monument, the colour of the facade can be changed. The Institute for Monument Protection approved the extension of the terrace and the wooden canopy. The panels between the floors are wooden, except for the ground floor concrete. Comprehensive renovation in 2005 or 2006 included renovation of electrical, water and drainage pipes, installation of central heating with city gas, new wooden windows, interior and exterior doors, replacement of roofing and addition of insulation, renovation of bathrooms and kitchen. The facade was painted in 2009.

There are two fireplaces in the house. There is underfloor heating in the bathrooms and kitchen. A chute for dirty laundry is run through the house. The floor is covered with quality parquet, in some places still original. The monthly costs are approximately 300 euros. Available in the summer of 2024 or by agreement.
