In the heart of Kamnik, we are selling a spacious detached house with a rich history, situated on a plot of 240.00 m2. The location combines proximity to all necessary infrastructure – shops, schools, healthcare services, fitness center, and public transport – while also providing quick access to nature and recreational areas.

For decades, this house was the workshop of master woodcarver Maks Bergant (1912 – 1996), a quiet link between Baroque splendor and modern times. In wood, he awakened the golden flame of acanthus leaves, which still shine today in Brezje and in numerous churches both locally and worldwide. His Kamnik workshop – Bajtica – was a place of mysterious creativity, where tradition breathed through his hands and transformed into new, timeless beauty.
