We are renting several medical offices of different sizes in an accessible location in Moste. The premises are located in a newly built extension to the existing health centre, which is expected to be completed in March 2025.

The premises are intended for medical activities which will be synergistic with the existing activities of the ZVD: dermatology, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, general medicine, etc. It is possible to rent smaller or larger medical offices. The size of the medical office is 15-20 m2.

There will also be a type B operating room in the basement of the building, which can be rented. The complex includes a laboratory, X-ray, CT scanner.

The premises are rented unfurnished. All materials and fittings will comply with the technical requirements for medical premises; led lights, rubber flooring with medical roundel, ALU windows, wooden and ALU doors, chairs in corridors/waiting areas.

Ventilation will be natural through windows, forced through corridors. The premises will have a reception with 24-hour security. Common areas include toilets, corridors, lift. Depending on the size of the rented area, a shared tea kitchen is possible. During the construction period, minor changes to the partition walls are possible in agreement with the tenant.

Free customer parking is provided in front of the building.

Operating costs are included in the rent (management, heating, water, security, reception, cleaning of common areas, etc.). Electricity is payable according to consumption. Security deposit 2x rent.

LESSOR’S CONDITION FOR CONCLUSION OF BUSINESS: The lessor’s condition for concluding a lease agreement is that the tenant bears part of the costs of preparing the documentation for the drawing up of the lease agreement, the drawing up of the lease agreement, the drawing up of the handover minutes and the execution of the handover of the property, participation in the transcription of subscriptions or informing the manager and suppliers about the lease agreement, preparation and storage of documents and images, and legal advice when concluding a lease agreement (+ VAT).
