The layout of the offices in the space is circular and includes: reception area, two larger “open space” office areas, a separate director’s office, one larger and one smaller meeting room, a kitchenette, archive, and separate women’s and men’s restrooms. At the tenant’s request and expense, the layout can be adjusted. The spaces are not furnished.

LESSOR’S CONDITION FOR CONCLUDING THE DEAL: The condition of the lessor for concluding the lease agreement is that the tenant takes on part of the costs of preparing the documentation for drafting the lease agreement, drafting the lease agreement, drafting the handover protocol, and performing the handover of the property, participating in the transfer of subscriptions or notifying the manager and suppliers about the concluded lease relationship, preparing and storing documents and visual materials and legal advice when concluding the lease relationship (+ VAT).
For contracts for mediation in real estate transactions, which are concluded between business entities/legal entities – in case of concluding a lease agreement, the tenant takes on the agency costs amounting to one rent + VAT.
