Access to the building is arranged. On the western side of the plot, outdoor parking spaces are paved with exposed concrete; two parking spaces per apartment are planned, and there is also a pre-installation with all conduits for a private electric vehicle charging station.

The land registry status is settled, the property is free of encumbrances, and both the building and occupancy permits have been obtained.
