LESSOR’S CONDITION FOR THE CONCLUSION OF THE TRANSACTION: The condition of the lessor for the conclusion of the lease agreement is that the lessee assumes part of the costs of preparing the documentation for the drafting of the lease agreement, the actual costs of drafting of the lease agreement, the preparation of the handover record and the execution of the handover of the real estate, as well as cooperates in the transfer of utilities and in informing the manager and suppliers about the concluded lease relationship, the preparation and storage of documents and pictorial material and obtaining legal advice for the conclusion of the lease relationship (+ VAT).
For real estate agency contracts concluded between economic operators/legal entities – in case of concluding a lease agreement, the lessee assumes agency costs in the amount of one rent + VAT.
