LANDLORD’S CONDITION FOR CONTRACT CONCLUSION: The landlord’s condition for concluding the lease agreement is that the tenant covers part of the costs for preparing the documentation for the lease agreement, drafting the lease contract, preparing the handover protocol, conducting the handover of the property, cooperating in transferring subscriptions or notifying the property manager and suppliers about the lease agreement, preparing and storing documents and photographic material, and legal advice related to the conclusion of the lease agreement (+ VAT).

For real estate brokerage agreements concluded between business entities/legal persons – in the event of concluding a lease agreement, the tenant covers the agency fee equal to one month’s rent (+ VAT).
