Free parking for clients is provided in front of the building.

Operating costs are included in the rent (management, heating, water, security, reception, cleaning of common areas, etc.). Electricity is paid according to consumption. Deposit equals 2x rent. Rent is calculated on the gross area.

LANDLORD’S CONDITION FOR CONTRACT CONCLUSION: The landlord’s condition for concluding the lease agreement is that the tenant assumes part of the costs for preparing the documentation for drafting the lease agreement, drafting the lease agreement, drafting the handover protocol and conducting the handover of the property, cooperating in transferring subscriptions or notifying the manager and suppliers about the concluded lease relationship, preparing and storing documents and photographic material, and legal advice related to concluding the lease agreement (+ VAT).

For brokerage contracts in real estate transactions concluded between business entities/legal persons – in case of concluding a lease agreement, the tenant assumes agency fees amounting to one rent + VAT.
