In the city center, at an excellent location, we are renting a 3-room apartment in a historic building, located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained old town house, built in 1909, without an elevator. The location allows for easy and quick access to the city center, cultural landmarks, and all necessary infrastructure (school, kindergarten, shop, pharmacy, post office).

The apartment has a north-south orientation and a circular floor plan that includes: an entrance hall, a bathroom with sanitary facilities, a kitchen with a dining area, and a living room with access to a balcony overlooking a quiet inner courtyard facing south, as well as two separate bedrooms facing north. The apartment is partially furnished or can be rented with furniture by agreement.

Heating for the apartment and sanitary water is provided by a gas boiler (radiators). Costs depend on consumption and are paid separately (250-300 EUR). A parking space is not provided, but it is possible to apply for a city permit.

Suitable for a couple or a family. Pets are allowed. Upon signing the rental agreement, a security deposit equal to two months’ rent is required. If the tenant has a pet, a security deposit equal to three months’ rent is required. The apartment is available immediately.

THE LESSOR’S CONDITION FOR CONCLUSION OF THE BUSINESS: The lessor’s condition for concluding the lease agreement is that the tenant bears part of the costs of preparing the documentation for the drawing up of the lease agreement, the drawing up of the lease agreement, the drawing up of the handover minutes and the execution of the handover of the property, participation in the transcription of subscriptions or informing the manager and suppliers about the lease agreement, preparation and storage of documents and images, and legal advice when concluding a lease agreement (+ VAT).
