LESSOR’S CONDITION FOR CONCLUDING THE CONTRACT: The lessor’s condition for concluding the lease agreement is that the tenant assumes part of the costs for preparing documentation for drafting the lease agreement, drafting the lease agreement, preparing the handover protocol, executing the handover of the property, cooperating in the transfer of subscriptions and/or informing the property manager and suppliers about the concluded lease agreement, preparing and storing documents and photographic material, and providing legal advice regarding the conclusion of the lease agreement (+ VAT).

For brokerage agreements in real estate transactions concluded between business entities/legal persons – in case of concluding a lease agreement, the tenant shall pay the agency fee equal to one month’s rent (+ VAT).
